The property is beautifully constructed on a hillside, and consists of two buildings on 1.5 acres. The Main Inn building invites guests into a beautifully renovated common space that houses an inviting living room with comfortable seating and a fireplace, dining room with individual breakfast tables for each guest room, a 2nd floor deck with additional outdoor seating, and a guest pantry with a wide array of complimentary snacks. The common areas of the inn also feature motion sensor lighting for guests and the front gardens offer a well lit and landscaped nighttime garden for guests.

The Main Inn was initially constructed in 1988 as a vacation home and transformed into a bed and breakfast around the turn of the 21st century. With the expansion of the guest house building located across the driveway, the property transformed into an 8 room Inn. The current owner/innkeepers elevated the property into a Select Registry property in 2019 with flourishing leisure travel and an exemplary selection of enhancements and packages. The offerings expanded during the Covid-19 pandemic to include dinners for on-site guests along with cheese and charcuterie boards. The guest experience at the inn includes a culinarily inventive and southwest-inspired individually plated and made to order breakfast, complimentary snacks and beverages, and attentive concierge services. The property offers two on-site parking areas with 3 spots in the driveway including a Tesla® destination charger, and an additional 5 at the base of the property, with additional street parking available

The luxurious and richly appointed guest rooms are the major draw for visitors to the inn, and they have all been beautifully renovated. Each of the 8 guest rooms are well-appointed with seven king bed rooms and high-end amenities including private decks, outdoor hot tubs, large flat screen TV’s, aromatic bluetooth diffusers and in-room fireplaces, coupled with luxurious high-end bed linens, towels and robes. The renovation of the rooms also includes updated showers in most rooms and durable vinyl wood flooring. All of the guest rooms at Sheridan House Inn have been recently renovated and are in outstanding condition.  Furnishings within guest rooms and common areas are of very high quality and kept in excellent condition.

The full commercial kitchen is well equipped with commercial grade appliances including a Wolf Salamander, commercial coffee grinder, 4 freezers, triple door commercial fridge, blodgett imperial oven, Ansel fire suppression system, ice machine and durable epoxy floor. This backend area of The Inn acts as a multi-purpose space with a separate office, one of two laundry centers, along with storage and utility space housed in a converted garage space.

The 1,000 square foot owner’s quarter’s is a beautifully renovated space that offers excellent separation on the lower level of the Main Inn with two bedrooms, a private patio, kitchenette, walk-through closet and fireplace. The building exteriors, roofs and grounds are also in very good condition. Regular maintenance is a priority and all major systems and equipment are in new or excellent condition including the water heaters, Mini-Split HVAC systems, yard sprinkler system, electric panels with ample spare space, and StarLink Satellite Wifi with Google Mesh network.

Living in Williams is not your typical Arizona. The area is an oasis of mountains and pine trees at over 7,000 feet and not what typical visitors to the area expect.
