The Main Inn was initially constructed in 1988 as a vacation home and transformed into a bed and breakfast around the turn of the 21st century. With the expansion of the guest house building located across the driveway, the property transformed into an 8 room Inn. The current owner/innkeepers elevated the property into a Select Registry property in 2019 with flourishing leisure travel and an exemplary selection of enhancements and packages. The renovation of the rooms also includes updated showers in most rooms and durable vinyl wood flooring. All of the guest rooms at Sheridan House Inn have been recently renovated and are in outstanding condition.  Furnishings within guest rooms and common areas are of very high quality and kept in excellent condition.

The full commercial kitchen is well equipped with commercial grade appliances including a Wolf Salamander, commercial coffee grinder, 4 freezers, triple door commercial fridge, blodgett imperial oven, Ansel fire suppression system, ice machine and durable epoxy floor. This backend area of The Inn acts as a multi-purpose space with a separate office, one of two laundry centers, along with storage and utility space housed in a converted garage space.

The 1,000 square foot owner’s quarter’s is a beautifully renovated space that offers excellent separation on the lower level of the Main Inn with two bedrooms, a private patio, kitchenette, walk-through closet and fireplace. The building exteriors, roofs and grounds are also in very good condition. Regular maintenance is a priority and all major systems and equipment are in new or excellent condition including the water heaters, Mini-Split HVAC systems, yard sprinkler system, electric panels with ample spare space, and StarLink Satellite Wifi with Google Mesh network.
