Hop Aboard The Vessel

Built in 1993 and fully renovated starting in 2020, the 97 foot ‘boat and breakfast’ features five cozy and well appointed guest state rooms, three on the 1st floor and two on the 3rd floor, all with private baths, luxurious king or queen beds, high-end Italian made Egyptian cotton linens and thoughtful touches throughout. The boat features a number of inviting areas for overnight guests, including three separate outdoor sitting areas, private dining tables for all guests and an additional guest half bath, as well as a living room with wood pellet fireplace stove for the winter months and cooler summer nights.

Back Of House & Owner's Quarters

The back of the house makes efficient use of space with an on-site kitchen containing elevated features and commercial grade appliances from the sanitizing dishwasher to the wine fridge. This area leads down a few steps to a separate laundry area with two washers and two dryers. The owner’s quarters on the third floor of the boat features an open concept with a full private bath, kitchenette and separate sitting area. The 1st floor offers access to a sixth room, currently being utilized as manager’s quarters, that could be operated as a spa room, office or additional owner’s space, along with access to the engine room. The third floor also provides access to the pilot room, which is currently an un-utilized area. The current business includes five daily guest parking passes along with two dedicated owner’s spots in the adjacent municipal parking lot.
