The Property

Catherine Ward House was originally a private residence, becoming a bed and breakfast inn in the early 2000s. Extensive renovations in 2017 included new furnishings, renovated bathrooms and luxury finishes. High ceilings and original architecture complement the contemporary, airy style. Guests ascend a flight of stairs to the inn’s iconic front porch and main floor, high above street level. The main level features the inn’s living and dining room, a half bath and the kitchen, plus the manager’s bedroom and bath.

Accommodations

There are 3 guest rooms on the lower level, each opening to the inn’s private courtyard. The laundry room is also on the lower level. 3 more guest rooms are on the upper level and there are 3 contemporary guest rooms in the (separate) Carriage House. All 9 richly decorated guest rooms have luxury queen or king beds and en-suite bathrooms, TV’s, individually controlled air conditioning and WiFi. Other guest room features include spa tubs, balconies, porches and/or fireplaces.
