The Property

Habberstad House was built in 1897, becoming a bed and breakfast in 1997. Astute renovations incorporating 21^st century systems and amenities turned it into the beautiful, practical lodging property it is today. The main floor retains all its original oak woodwork, built-ins and unique features. Here, there are 2 parlors for guest use plus the inn’s dining room. The kitchen features oak floors, granite counter tops and top-tier appliances. There are 4 large guest suites on the second floor, all with private baths – 2 with whirlpool tubs. The unique third floor suite features a dramatic peaked ceiling, and a new spa-like bathroom. The 6^th suite is in the separate Carriage House.
